In several cases, associations have indicated a willingness to share their strategic and operation plans, but they are currently in revision (most to incorporate a sustainability element) and will be available upon approval from their Boards. They include

American Coal Ash Association (ACAA)
American Concrete Institute (ACI)
American Concrete Paving Association (ACPA)
Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI)

Miscellaneous

For information on American Concrete Paving Association’s current focus on sustainable development—the green highway effort, visit the www.pavements4life.com website. ACPA expects to also publish a “Green Highways” publication soon. ACPA is presently working on its pavements4life strategy and a written plan is not available at this time.

The ACAA has revised its mission statement to read “The American Coal Ash Association’s Mission is to advance the management and use of coal combustion products (CCPs) in ways that are environmentally responsible, technically sound, commercially competitive and supportive of a more sustainable global community.
