The hotel’s restaurant, the Oak Room, is one of Kansas City’s best restaurants and is renowned for its steaks and chops; the Oak Bar is also a cozy spot for cocktails and jazz. The hotel also has a 24-hour health and fitness center and 24-hour business center. In addition to the business center, complimentary computer and printer kiosks are located in the lobby and on the ballroom floor.

You may wish to extend your stay before or after the meeting ends. Our negotiated rate will be extended from May 3-May 10, subject to availability. We are not holding rooms in our block over the extended dates.

The cut-off date for hotel reservations is April 21, 2010. Our room block is limited and the cut-off date may not be extended as this is graduation week in Kansas City and there are many colleges and universities in the immediate area.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or advance cash deposit. Hotel will not hold any reservations after 6:00 p.m. unless secured by a credit card. Hotel must be notified of cancellations 24 hours prior to the date of arrival or you will forfeit the first night room deposit or be charged an amount equal to one night’s stay.
