Although Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club is one of the premier golf destinations in the United States, Innisbrook has received multiple awards from business groups and publications for its outstanding service and distinguished meeting and banquet venues. Located on 900 acres, with three conference centers for a total of 65,000 sq ft of meeting space; four restaurants; four championship golf courses; 11 Har-Tru clay tennis courts; six swimming pools, including the multi-million dollar Loch Ness Monster Pool with waterfalls and water slides; a fitness center; and 60 acres of lakes plus jogging and cycling opportunities, Innisbrook has everything one might expect to find for business or pleasure.

Innisbrook also has 28 guest lodges for a total of 620 guest rooms and suites in a variety of sizes that offer an assortment of amenities, some of which include bar and kitchen facilities. Guest lodge accommodations for groups are located near the group’s assigned conference center. To enjoy all that Innisbrook has to offer, trams travel the resort from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Any additional occupants 18 years of age and older will be subject to an additional charge of $20.00 per person per night, plus applicable taxes.

Resort Service Charge
There is a mandatory resort service charge of $15.00 per room per day which will be added to your bill. The resort charge includes self parking; use of the fitness center; in-room Internet access; on-property shuttle transportation; in-room newspaper delivery; local and toll-free phone calls; in-room coffee service; use of the miniature golf, volleyball, basketball, and swimming pool facilities; scheduled beach shuttle transportation; and 24-hour gated security.

The resort also has six complimentary hot spots for wireless Internet access: the front desk lobby, Bamboo’s Grill and Bar, Turnberry Pub, Packard’s Steakhouse, and the foyers of Edinburgh and Stirling Halls.

A housekeeping gratuity of $3.00 per day per room and a one-time roundtrip porterage fee of $8.00 per attendee for bellman services will be at the discretion of each guest.

The cut-off date for hotel reservations is September 1, 2008. Our room block is limited and the cut-off date may not be extended.

If phoning in your reservation, dial 800-456-2000 and ask for reservations. Be sure to tell the reservationist that you are attending the Strategic Development Council Meeting to obtain the specially negotiated rate.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. The deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
